Indeed, the reduction of vertical and horizontal strings offers more speed at the head of the racket. Its open string plan naturally generates more power when hitting through the ball. Its equally spaced strings offers more contact and play throughout the game. The large string spaces also result in more "bite" on the ball when cutting low to the front wall.
